Upon arrival, I was struck by the warm hospitality of the staff, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, even helping me locate my lost wallet swiftly and efficiently. The room was not only impeccably clean but also featured a private bathroom with a steam shower that made my evenings incredibly relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent in-room amenities, including a kettle and a mini-bar stocked with a delightful selection of refreshments, which enhanced my experience. the spa facilities offered an oasis of tranquility, despite a slight overcrowding issue during peak times. City Holiday Resort & Spa stands out as a high-quality establishment that provides excellent value for its price, making it my preferred choice for business and leisure stays alike.
